  I'm so disappointed with my experience. I bought a bra two weeks ago from the Market Mall location after the saleswoman, pushed and pushed and pushed me to buy one. It was the last awful one she brought me so i gave in to get her off my back. HOWEVER I only purchased it after she assured me that I could exchange it or return it for a FULL REFUND if I changed my mind. Well after putting it on for the first time today and wearing it for all of five minutes I realized she sold me a bra that was extremely itchy and uncomfortable and too big in the cup. I decided to return it. When I tried to however, I was made out to be a liar when I insisted that I was told I could get a refund. The women who seemed to be in charge was rude and I left the store crying because I was so upset. I got store credit but I don't really want to go back. They stole over $60 from me.

  I love the fact that they fit you for a bra, it's great when the fit is done correctly the first time. I purchased a bra that the sales girl fitted for me, I wore it for 3 months it was sticking into my ribs and the wires popped out. I took it back and manager said the fitting was not done properly. She got another girl to fit me and I ended up going up two sizes. How can that big of a mistake be made? Not impressed. When back for Boxing Day sale was told they don't have in stock the bra I wanted, asked if I could order one, was told sure no problem and it would be in store in a weeks time. Four weeks later I call they have no record of it being ordered, and they don't make that bra anymore and I would have to come in and choose another one. (Side note had to wait four weeks as I was out of town for work)

  My girlfriend says.. Very friendly, helpful and informative. They help select bras that fit you best in your price range. They also take your old bras and give you 10% off any new bra. I wont shop anywhere else. They also sell men and women's underwear.
